TÜV SÜD PSB was originally established in 1971 as the Engineering Services Division of the Singapore Institute of Standards and Industrial Research (SISIR). Today, it is a one-stop integrated solution provider, offering testing, inspection, certification, auditing, training & consultancy services, with operations in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia,
Vietnam and Philippines. Being an established and internationally
recognised testing body, our test reports and product certification marks are well-accepted by manufacturers, third-party buyers and government authorities worldwide and our laboratories are accreditated under local government regulations such as the Singapore Accreditation Council - Singapore Laboratory Accreditation Scheme to ISO/IEC Guide 25 (ISO/IEC 17025) and ISO Guide 65. TÜV SÜD PSB is also an internationally recognised certification body, with over 40 years of experience providing management systems assessment and certification services. It was the first certification body in Asia to introduce ISO 9000 as a basis of quality system certification
and also the first Asian certification body to offer ISO/TS 16949
automotive certification in the ASEAN region.
