Stainless Steel
Stainless steel hoses are widely used in various areas of application due to its favorable characteristic. Besides being more durable to heat and weather as compared with teflon and rubber hoses, stainless steel hose provides unlimited possibilities for application not just in standard products, such as screw and flange joint., but also in products to be used in a wide range of conditions from extremely low to extremely high temperatures and from vacuum to extremely high pressure atmospheres. Marine classification approved model are available upon request.
Teflon
The chemical compatibility of Teflon, combined with its other physical characteristics, make the ideal engineered plastic for use in hose applications. Teflon hose can perform under high pressure and continuous flexing and vibration conditions. It is the most universal hose known to be chemically resistant and inert.
Hoses made of Teflon typically withstand temperatures from 100°F to 500°F under most operating conditions, non-stick, low friction, resist to deterioration and moisture.
Rubber
Rubber Hose is used for general applications in industry, agriculture and construction sites. They are designed and manufactured to function as chemical hose, acid hose, petroleum hose, vapor hose, etc. to meet the requirements of the product they convey. They are normally available in a variety of size and length. End fitting configurations are also available too.
