Structural Steel Works
Detailed engineering of steel structure, fabrication & installation (modular/stick-build) of structural steel and outfitting, skid fabrication, modularisation, fire proofing, galvanising, roofing, wall cladding, welder qualification, non-destructive testing.
Mechanical Works
Installation of jetty top side equipment, demolition or upgrading of plant equipment, installation of plant machineries, pressure vessel, rotating, static and package equipment, customised lifting solutions for column and reactor, equipment alignment, equipment preservation, heavy lift, non-destructive testing.
Piping Works
Fabrication of (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, copper) piping, pipe supports such as pipe shoe, spring support, underground pipe laying/pipe launching, pipe insulation works, valve installation, bolt tensioning, painting & blasting works, modularisation integration works, heat tracing, hydro/pneumatic pressure test, weld mapping using software such as Spoolgen, pipe wrapping, welder qualification, non-destructive testing.
Fabrication Services
Fabrication facility strategically located in Tuas, Jurong Island and Batam Island with a total area of around 16.7 hectare with Sheltered Storage Space and Open Storage Space, fully equipped to handle fabrication works for Steel Structure Fabrication, Piping Fabrication, Modularization and Process Skids.
Scaffolding Support Services
An Approved Scaffold Contractor with a sizeable inventory of scaffold material for System and Tubular Scaffolds specialized in plant construction or expansion work, maintenance, shutdown and turnaround works.
